Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe the 14-day return window.

to initiate a return and refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team within the 14-day return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you receive your RA number, securely package the product with all its original components and labels.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice inside the package.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package back to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
